Every photograph, diagram and illustration published on neviera.com is created by Neviera and protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

We publish this page so that anyone who wants to use one of our images knows where they stand, and so that credit reaches us when it is due.

Use that is permitted

You may use our product photographs and diagrams in editorial or press content — an article, review, blog post or news item about Neviera or about the pieces we offer — on these conditions:

The image is not altered beyond cropping or resizing to fit your layout.
It carries a visible credit: Photo: Neviera.
The credit, or the surrounding text, includes a working link to neviera.com.

No separate written permission is needed for that use. Affiliates and retail partners are covered by the terms of their own agreement with us, which takes precedence over this page.

Use that requires written permission

Use in a product listing, catalogue, marketplace or shopping feed.
Use in advertising, paid promotion or sponsored content.
Use to sell, promote or represent jewellery that is not ours.
Presenting our photographs as images of your own stock.
Editing an image to remove or obscure identifying detail, or to create a derivative work.
Systematic or bulk copying, scraping, or redistribution of our images.
Inclusion in a dataset used to train machine-learning or generative models.

Asking for permission

Write to info@neviera.com and tell us which image you want, where it will appear and in what context. We answer these quickly, and we say yes more often than not.

Attribution metadata

Our image files carry IPTC copyright, creator and credit fields, and our pages publish image attribution as structured data. Please do not strip that metadata when you download or republish a file — in several jurisdictions removing rights information is itself an infringement, and it is what allows the credit to travel with the picture.
