Terms of service
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
Shipping
We ship to customers throughout the European Union. The countries we deliver to, along with processing times, delivery estimates, and free-delivery thresholds, are described in our Shipping Policy.
If the customer declines to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional return shipping fee, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Taxes and Duties
For orders within the EU, all final prices include your local VAT.
Order Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Neviera. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact us at info@neviera.com. This may indicate that your order was not processed correctly or that your email address was entered incorrectly.
Customer Information
The customer is required to provide valid personal information for delivery purposes, including name, address, phone number, and email address. The customer is responsible for any additional costs caused by incorrectly provided information.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If the customer does not receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes after completing the purchase, please contact us at info@neviera.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Every product ordered through our webshop can be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the delivery.
The original shipping fees of the order will not be refunded.
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, including all accessories and packaging.
If the returned product does not fulfill the conditions stated above or is returned after the return period has expired, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If the customer wishes to exchange an ordered product, please return the product and then place a new order. This process ensures that the desired product is in stock and can be delivered promptly.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment during the shipping process.
The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to return an order, the return request must be made within the 14-day return period by email to: info@neviera.com
Defective Products
In the case of a faulty product, the customer must inform Neviera before using the product. If a manufacturing defect is discovered later, the matter will be handled in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Returning a faulty product is free of charge for the customer.
Delivery Issues
All stated delivery times are estimates and may vary by a few days.
If the actual delivery time is significantly longer than estimated, compensation may be considered. Each situation will be handled individually with the customer concerned.
Order Documents
The receipt for the purchase will be sent to the customer via email.
