Returns

If you wish to return a product ordered through our webshop, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Returned products must be in exactly the same condition as when delivered, including all accessories and packaging.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product, they must return the product and then place a new order. This ensures that the desired product is in stock and can be delivered promptly.

If an order is not picked up within the given timeframe, or if the customer declines to receive the order and it is returned to us, it will be treated as a regular return. In this case, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping fees of the order will not be refunded.

The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure the product is unused and in exactly the same condition as when delivered, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Within 14 days, contact us at info@neviera.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • If your return is valid according to our policy, we will reply by email with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please ship the package only after you have received those instructions.
  • You may send the product back using any shipping method you prefer. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and remains responsible for the product during transport. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Please note that if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, we are not obliged to issue a refund. In such cases, we will contact the customer.
