Where is the jewelry made?
Every NEVIERA piece is hand-finished in Italy by skilled artisans. We honor a long-standing heritage of Italian craftsmanship to ensure that each bracelet and necklace meets our standards for quality and detail. Due to this artisanal process, every piece may possess subtle, unique characteristics—a testament to its handcrafted nature and individuality.
How do I care for my NEVIERA jewelry?
Premium 925 sterling silver requires minimal care to maintain its original luster. To prevent natural oxidation, we recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry, and enclosed environment and avoiding prolonged contact with chlorine, salt water, and perfumes. For the best protection, keep each piece sealed in a zip lock pouch when not in use.
How do I find my size?
To find your ideal fit, we recommend measuring your wrist or neckline with a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. For a classic, secure fit, choose the size closest to your measurement. If you prefer a more relaxed drape, or if you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEVIERA piece. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. To be eligible, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All NEVIERA pieces are dispatched from our studio in Finland. We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Once your order is placed, we typically process and prepare your shipment within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Finland: 1-3 business days.
European Union: 3-12 business days.
Does my jewelry come with a guarantee?
Yes. Every NEVIERA piece is backed by a 2-year quality guarantee. This ensures your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects and matches our premium standards. Should any fault arise within this period, we will provide a repair or replacement.
Will I have to pay import duties or extra taxes?
No. As we ship exclusively within the European Union from our studio in Finland, all prices shown include VAT. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Which clasp is used on NEVIERA pieces?
We select our closures based on the weight and silhouette of each design. Most of our essential chains feature a premium lobster clasp, chosen for its proven security and ease of use for daily wear.
For our bolder silhouettes, we use a hand-fitted box clasp. This mechanism is a signature design feature in its own right—engineered as a prominent, architectural statement that anchors the piece with raw strength and clean lines.
Does the jewelry come in a gift box?
Yes. Every order arrives in our signature dark purple NEVIERA box, making it perfectly ready as a gift for someone else or simply for yourself.
Can I wear my chain while working out or showering?
Yes. Crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, NEVIERA chains are made to be worn every day. You can safely wear your piece to the gym or in the shower, just remember to rinse it off after contact with chlorine or salt water to maintain its original shine.
Can I add my own pendant to a NEVIERA chain?
Yes. Our essential chains, especially the Rope Chain Necklace, are perfect for pairing with pendants. However, our bolder silhouettes feature custom box clasps that are designed to be worn on their own as a statement. You can find the exact widths and dimensions on each product page.
